Default 96 f3 eating fuel pumps, even after new relays and pumps

i was wondering if any one might know any causes of why my 96 cbr 600 f3 has burned up 2 cheap ebay pumps 1 brand new OEM honda pump AND a used OEM honda pump , i have replaced the fuel relay even tho the old one tested good.
its like every time the bike gets warm and running nice after like 30 mins the fuel pump keeps going and pumps like crazy till it gets super hot ( burn ur skin off hot) and shuts off from overheating , ive ran the bike by bypassing the fuel pump and it runs perfect for hours long rides but im just wondering what could be the problem if ive used 4 different pumps and 2 different relays and still have the same problem???
, and what is the PSI of the pump if any one knows so i can look into possibly using a after market pump hooked directly to the battery on a switch but i found a 2.5-4 psi and a 4-7psi pump not sure which i should get cause im gonna be taking it into the mountains soon so il probably need a pump for steep climbs

Hi , the pump should only run while the engine is demanding fuel , either the demand is too big , which I don't think is the case , or for some reason the pump cant shut off , relay is good you say so cant be that, take a look at the fuel filter to see if that is blocked, and could be a lot of debris in the tank blocking the pump, have you had the tank off to clean it out, the pump runs at 1-3 Psi

Another thing to keep in mind is the F3 fuel pump only runs while the engine is running. If you turn on the key and hear the pump doing its thing, that's an issue.

so i think im going to just try to set up my own fuel pump directly connected to the battery and not worry about that problem any more lol ,

so i want to just double check . so if i were to get a new honda pump and wire it directly to the battery all i would need is a on/off switch and the pump should cut off once the floats close and it reaches the right back pressure of around 3psi , so i would not have to worry about any relays or the pump constantly running at the same rate?

also might i add, my tachometers RPMS gauge goes out quite often the needle will start going all over like saying im at redline while im barely at 6 k rpms , not sure if maby that could have an effect because i noticed even when its working fine for miles i still have the problems. also i have the low speed pair valves removed and i was told the wires dont have to be grounded out. not sure if thats true or if any of that could have an effect on the fuel pump not shutting off just putting that out there incase it may, or could it possibly be a bad cdi not telling the relay to cut?

Sorry that wouldn't work, you'd be in the same position as you are now

Is there any sealant material in the tank that has the vent plugged? If it's plugged, the pump will pull a vacuum to the point where it can't get anymore fuel then run away and burn itself, or the contactor up.

ya the vents are all fine the fuel flows fine, i can literally ride for hours on a gravity feed with no problem at all , but the moment the bike heats up after like 40 mins with the fuel pump attached it just starts pumping like crazy at idle and does not cut off ,, it will slow down a little bit to almost normal pulsing once i give it some some throttle and hold it at idle at like 5k+ ,

could it be possibly the TPS is on backwards? that little black part thats fits inside the carbs? i know the shop i had my carbs redone at when i first bought it had taken it off when doing that carbs and they had the new guy doing my bike -.-, i read on some other forms that the tps is also part of the fuel relay/cut of system through the cdi

Though not impossible, it's kind of hard to put it in backwards. A more likely scenario is they didn't reinstall that little black part.
