Default f3 just fouled out my 4 week old NGKs...

i put new plugs in it when i bought it 4 weeks ago cuz it sat for 2 years. i fored up the bike today no problem and rode it across the street to work. i started it a couple more times throughout the day while playin with it and then it sat the rest of the day. when i got off work i went to fire it up and no dice. it was cold this morning and kinda icey but it still fired up through the day. i pulled them and they were all black so i cleaned them and it fired right back up. any thoughts why they would foul up so easy? im thinkin its running rich but not sure why. any help is much appreciated.

if it sat for 2 years you prolly need to do more than put plugs in her.

Fraid you've already destroyed the evidence by cleaning the plugs. See if your plugs resemble any of these as you remember

You may have just fouled them while trying to start from flooding the engine.

hmm.. could be. it also snowed the othe day and i think i got some moisture in the tank. i dindt even think to fill it up first to help avoid that and after the snow it sputtered real bad. it prolly had a hard time starting due to that and dumped in too much gas in the process. i guess ill see how it goes this time. atleast the f3 plugs are a breeze to change :P
