So it seems 3 out of 4 of my vehicles broke down in 2 days. Anyone else have issues happen like that? Anyway, I heard a pretty bad metal scraping on accelleration and also random bad vibes through the handlebars and footpegs. It seemed to be coming from the transmission. The bike I owned before my F3 was a ZX-11 that did the same thing and it was the bearing just behind the front sprocket. So I pulled the motor to look at it, since I was sure it was the same problem. After splitting the case, I carefully inspected the bearings and internals and didn't find anything out of the ordinary. I then suspected my rear wheel bearings which now seems like where my problem is. I've attached some pictures of the engine in case someone was wondering what it looks like. And no, my tach still doesn't work. I'll be very busy the next few days!!!
