Its all about what you are willing to do and what you want out of it.
Want the best matching high quality set? Get OEM, quite expensive.
Want the cheapest matching set? Get lucky on Ebay, or get the china fairings.
You could also buy random cheap pieces and or cracked/broken pieces and do body work. That takes the most work, but is the cheapest way to go. I bought my f2 wrecked... plastic welded, puttied and painted my way to a pretty bike again. Spent probably 100-150 dollars but also put a good amount of time into it.

Was most of it a Bolt on application? Also which exact seller did you buy it from? and are there any tips in doing so or what to expect?

they included a tank cover, but i wouldnt recommend gettting one.
they cover the tank, but it looks bad, and has large gaps near the gas cap and such that makes it look obvious and bad.
any Hong Kong seller is about the same
250 bucks + 250 shipping is about right.
takes a month or so total.
fitments isnt terrible, but its not perfect.
you gotta be a little crafty and be gentle, and they will hold up fine.

here is some quality fairings some are expensive but for my 99 cbr900rr a repsol fairing kit is only 700 bucks and there quality. www.nicecycle.com and www.myfairings.com
