Default F3 to 03 RR front and rear swap

I'm not going to write up a how to, mainly because I can't say they're really is any better way of doing this than just winging it.

I'm not done with the swap yet but I'm getting threre. I've got the tail almost done just need to figure out the rear seat cover, I don't have a rear seat for the bike yet.

I don't have headlights yet

Also a good note I was able to make my f3 gauge's fit I had to trim the black plastic on the bottom down quite a bit but I don't have a smaller digital gauge on hand right now.

The conversion is far from done but I'm just trying to get back on the road here. I don't have many more weeks left to ride here in Michigan.

Looks like it's coming along nicely. Good work on getting the gauges to fit in there. Any thoughts on the final color?

I'm thinking of keeping it simple and go with black and red theme.

Some spare hid projector fogligufog I had laying around.

Unfortunately my second hid ballast was bad

Decided to go with a cheap eBay guage my buddy had laying around. Yes I know lots of ziptied 😂😂 still trying to figure out where to put all the wires so it looks clean.

I'm going to use this stuff for my undertail and up front to cover my wiring and everything up. Pretty cheap stuff and I think it'll work well. Just debating on the thickness I should get.

Out of curiosity why did you switch your gauges?
That ABS sheeting looks like it might work. Be sure to send up pics of that when you get it the way you like.

Well digital gauge's for one look better than what the f3 comes with. But ultimately my buddy got this gauge for his bike months ago couldn't figure out the wiring for his ninja and gave me this for free.

Free is good. Can never argue with that.

Not at all lol, and two of the three mount points line up perfectly with two of the mount spots on the fairing stay. Directly centered. Hoping rain holds off today so I can start riding again
