The f2 and f3 boots are different. Others have attempted to use the f2 boots on a f3 and it doesn’t work. I believe the inside diameter is smaller on the f2.

 

Update: it doesn't work, vacuum leak seams worse than before even though both sides are tightened down with the band clamps

It's worse than right side up with zip ties instead of screws on the carb side clamps

I just really can't believe there isn't anyone making an aftermarket carb boots for a 1995 CBR f3 that actually fits. So many of them say fits f2 and f3 when we know thats impossible, they're just different sizes.
