I have a quick one for you all. I put a D&D slip on, on my bike and I wanted to know what is the best exhaust gasket material I could use or what would you suggest? I have a 95 F3 thanks

 

normally i think these are made of wire mesh with soft metal cake material, but i just cut a strp of gasketcardboard material and wrapped it around my header outlet and shoved the new pipe on, clamped it downand it worked pretty well. Don't know how long it will last though.

But I want somwthing that will last a while nit just burn up the first time the bike gets hot? or will it really work? dose anyone know and ir have they tryed cardboard?
