RE: Recommend A Good Chain Lube???
Parrafin Chain Wax. Give your bike a 10 minute warm up ride (warm the chain, wax sticks better), raise the rear wheel and apply to the bottom run (sprocket contact side) of the chain. Don't over do it, a nice healthy spray, rotate wheel, repeat.
The stuff smells like crayons and works awesome. Hold a rag behind your chain andin front of your rear wheel to avoid any overspray and subsequent cleaning afterwards.
Let it sit for 15 minutes and you're good to go.

I like he chain wax, but now seem to be a good fan for Motul Chain Lube Street. It is light, doesn't tint your chain when you apply it, and i don't have any problems with flinging. But you can use any chain lube, I suggest those two. What is most important is that you lube often and on a reg. basis and you'll be doing more than most riders out there.

Honda Pro chain lube is the best.Doesn't sling off, dries fast.
Anything Motul is awesome.
Chain wax sucks,period.
The day I see a front running AMA team using Chain Wax I'll change my tune.

The day I recognize faults in MY maintainence procedures I'll change my tune. Who the **** cares what they're doing in the AMA... are there any AMA riders in here?

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. The track is the proving ground. If Motul and Honda Pro is good enough to work there,it will work on the street with no headaches.
Chain Wax flings off,and is a dirt/street-grime magnet.Money/effort wasted.
Raed my sig line for the stuff on my racebike.

I do. I race and have several friends in that show. Go ride with some of them on the track (like I do) and you'll have a whole new respect for them.
