Default Evap and carbs

I just got a 1995 cbr600f3. The person who owned it before me completely removed the evap system. I was curious if the evap system was vital to the operation of the carbs

That is a very debatable conversation. Many people performed a complete delete and been happy while others believe the engineers knew what they were doing when they designed the system.

In the end it is entirely up to you. If the bike runs well like it is and you are happy with it, ride on. If you aren’t satisfied with its current state, start shopping eBay.

The evap must be for the CARB version correct? Should have exhaust ports that go to the recirculating valve. Another valve goes to the fuel tank vent.
