Ok they have been on ebay for some time now are there any sellers that are better than others? My fairing id tired and id like to change the looks but am very afraid of the china kits due to fitment any help or success stories out there?

 

I bought a kit for my f4 from eBay it also came from china and I had no fitment issues. The only issue I had is that it came with grab bar holes in the tail. I learned after the fact that they can not cut holes if you wish, depending on the seller. But all in all you can't beat the price.

 

I have bought and used several of the eBay China kits for my hayabusa . The fit and quality was surprisingly great. Don't be scared into paying more for over priced popular kits.

 

I agree, but make sure you buy from a reputable dealer. Ive read on here auctmarts is one of the best. I got a repsol kit from someone local who bought it from eBay and it is missing every mounting point for the headlight and tail fairings. And almost all of them on the front and side fairings.

 

i just found out thats what mine are, found the exact same ones for $239..... they are pretty tuff, not cracking or anything after being removed a lot lately. i have friends in the paint business so i could see myself 'changing' the shoes every couple years. just have to repaint...wait...no.... buy another gas tank and switch them.... pretty great idea....
