Default Easiest Front wheel swap?

Long story short, front wheel is slightly bent on my F3 and I've found a guy parting one out. He's offering the wheel to me three different ways. My question is, what will make it the easiest to do, in terms of swapping the two wheels.

Rim+tire+rotors - $200
Rim+tire - $130
Plain RIm - $85

I was thinking of either buying the rim+tire or rim+tire+rotors. If I only bought the rim alone a tire swap and balance would also need to be completed. Is it any easier if I purchase the rotors with the rim for the swap? Would it be worth the extra $70 for the hassle? Thanks.

After reading this;

I'm going to say that just for arguments sake, I might as well buy the rotors too.

Opinions/thoughts are welcome!

ya, you wont find rotors for $70. Get them and keep the old ones for when you need them

Depends. If you need rotors, get it. But it takes 30 seconds to unscrew the 7 hex bolts on each rotor. It's really VERY easy. So if your rotors are good, I'd pass on them.

I don't need them but it can't hurt to have an extra set laying around. We ended up agreeing on a final price of $175 for the combo and I have to pick them up about 40 minutes away. Not a bad deal. Thanks for the replies fellas.
