I'm not sure about the f3s but I know on the f2 there is also a lil oring on the adjustment screws. There's a spring, washer, then oring. I just replaced mine and bought a set of four for like 5 bucks. Is it possible yours are missing or deteriorated?

Alright so after all the carb cleans, and taking out the bigger jets and putting the stock jets back in, new plugs a few days ago, which were burnt out. I was thinking cause the jets and the air fuel mix not right so I just went back to stock jets and new plugs, exactly what it ran last year before storage and ran great. I know the needle adjustment for the dynojets was the 3rd groove and I went back to stock and didnt adjust my needles, what I was getting to is that it still bogs bad, so could the needles need to be adjusted back to a different spot for spec with the stock jets?? Its getting fuel, good electronics, and it gets good spark.. this has been a 4 week headscratcher.

-long story short. Ran, stored, took out, bogged, carb clean, still like ****, new upgraded jets, new needles, new plugs, ran fine, not as much power but ran good, started bogging again, stock jets, more new plugs, still bogs, gets fuel, spark, new clutch cable. Like I said, needle adjustment? ?
