Do any of you ride with diabetes?
I am just wondering if anyone else out there in the F3 community rides with diabetes? I was diagnosed about 2 years ago thanks to a shot given to me by the army (long story kinda sh*tty). How far do you ride, how long, etc... I have to have my pockets full of tester, booster, etc... since we don't have an under the seat easy access comp. What do you all do when you ride for a long time?
Well Bammer, I don't have Diabetes but, I tell you I have been looking at some tank bags. Not the really big ones. They do have some small/sporty ones. They kinda dub as a man purse. Thats a whole nother can of worms...I'm lookin at em, cause I'm tired of wearing a backpack...They did make a thing called a "tail locker for F2s & 3s, but I dont think they make it anymore......I thought you were getting a R6??

Don't let the Diabetes get in the way. I have 2 friends that I ride with all the time that are both diabetic. In fact they left last Sat from S. FL riding up to Greenville, SC. They're their for this week and will be back next Sunday after a week of riding the Smoky Mountains. One of them has a pump, and the other does the injections. They use a tank bag to carry their stuff. They use this one called the Manta, as do I for carrying everything. I always have my tank bag when I ride. It's low profile, but big enough to carry anything you might normally need on a ride. I know that this past Sunday they covered about 500 miles in one day.
