My f3 is dropped 2 inches and i dont have that problem anymore. I had to adjust the preload and rebound but now it handles like its on rails.

From:

2" drop is way too much.
1" is plenty.
If your front dives then you compression is too soft on the forks.
If you can not make it any stiffer then change to 15w fork oil.
