Ya i just rebuilt mine. I just took a broken screwdriver and grinded down the end till it fit. But it worked fine taking them out but started to strip themon the way in. So I ended up having to get new ones from Honda, but the good thing is they redesined them so the head is now a phillips. And yes you can clean inside, thats the proper way to clean the carbs.

ok i cleaned carbs cleaned every jet, spayed cleaner through every known hole,and everything lookED GOOD.no clogs except one idle jet. even did the dremel trick to remove pilots. bike still wont start! got spark, what else could kkeep it from starting . should it start even if pilots were not adjusted back i did 2 1/8 turns out please give me some advise thanks

dude try some seafoam. make sure your killswitch is turned to run. make sure ur fuel pump is working. and make sure ur giving it extra extra choke when ur rying to start some times i have to push really hard on my choke to get my bike to fire up but she does everytime.
