Coolant behind neutral safety switch?

Default Coolant behind neutral safety switch?

So my cbr600 F3 won't run having coolant problems but when I pulled my neutral safety switch the casement was full of coolant any ideas on how/why?
any help would be appreciated

Drain oil.
Is there coolant there?

Look to see that coolant lines to your carbs aren't leaking. They are relatively right above that area.
