this may be a dumb question, but...
if the bike leaks some oil slowly into the coolant but does not leak out of the bike, is it bad to ride the bike as long as the oil continues to stay high enough?

RE: Coffee color leak.
im almost positive it is the oil cooler.
but i currently do not have the money to buy a new one.
it leaked allitle and has stopped(because i tried to do a quick patch which is sorta leaking but it leaks allitle the stops at a certain level), is not overheating, and isn't putting out smoke.
so i don't think it is a head gasket

RE: Coffee color leak.
I actually have my old engine with a 100% good oil coller on it in my garage right now. I replaced it due to a cracked lower case on the left side, but it ran great, and everything is intact. I replaced it cause im uber-****. Make me an offer on the cooler if you want it.

You're thinking of a traditional air to liquid oil cooler that has fins and mounts near the front of the bike in the airstream
