you mean with the lever all the way in, the bike still trys to roll?? sounds to me like its not adjusted right.. there should be about 1/8th inch play in the lever before it even pulls the cable at all.. But I think in your case, the cable needs to be tightened a bit.. in other words, back the adjuster on the lever perch out a bit..
If you have the bike on a rear stand, running and put it in gear, the wheel is going to turn, no matter how you have the clutch adjusted.. But if im reading correctly it sounds like the bike want to go in gear with the clutch in.. correct me if im wrong..

no i dont even my bike running lol, when i try to turn the motor over with the bike in gear it will want to move forward, it didnt used to do that it used to stay sit like a good puppy, and i have no freeplay at all on my clutch wire thats what is wierd... i'm gonna go up to my local bike shop after i get it running and ask them to help me with it
