Default clutch? idk but this is whats happening...

so when i stretch my 97 f3... at around 10rpm it seems like somehow im pulling the clutch lever (which im not).. it just seems like it, it makes a loud revving noise but doesnt push.. so then i just shift up and pushes again until 10rpm and same thing happens on every gear, anyone else experiencing this?

Someone on the forum told me that its a spring in your clutch thats worn out. Not a big deal or big fix. I haven't fixed it myself though yet i can live without that lasts 2000ish rpm's for the time being.

Your clutch is slipping. There's no telling what sort of damage you did to your friction plates or steel plates with the bad springs. Just buy one of the complete clutch kits. It's not a hard job to do at all, and but well worth it.

That is the same exact thing mine was doing! I changed the friction plates and springs. I also noted that the inner aluminum part showed signs of slippage (Polished markings) so I rough the polished areas with super fine sandpaper (Just very lightly), as I did not want to wait and order more parts. NO MORE SLIPPAGE....

Where did you buy the friction plates and springs? Used on ebay? How much?

I've found that often times aftermarket clutch kits do not release 100%. As in...when the clutch is all the way in, there's still a small amount of power going from the engine to the transmission. OEM clutches don't do this.

I ordered OEM friction disks, steels, and springs from CheapCycleParts.com. they have really good prices on all OE parts.
