Default Chugging

So once again i run into a problem. My 96 has a chugging problem and i am trying to narrow it down to either electrical or fuel. While riding it feels as if i am letting off the throttle and reapplying, but i am not. It almost feels like when your about to run out of gas and have to switch to "res", but i have a full tank. The carburetor has been completely rebuilt by Honda dealership (it happen before i took it to them), that was their fix but it still happens. Any ideas on what it could be? It happens at anytime it wants and at anysetting, It is not always continous and sometimes it doesn't do it for a little bit but sure enough it does it on every ride.

Id check all the electrical contacts, especialy the once to and from coils as well as fuel pump & the filter. Start with the easy check. Let us know how u get on. Good luck

check the battery connections to start. Make sure the plug wires are tight on both ends. Try changing the fuel filter? Also check the fuel feed lines for kinks, maybe borrow a fuel pump to make sure its not fading in and out.
