Default Chain Tensioner

Recently while riding I noticed that my chain tensioner was not pressed tightly into the end of the swingarm like it should be. I did what I could on the road and tightened up the nut and locknut. I got home and checked my alignment which was still dead on and I thightened both locknuts down pretty good. Tonight while riding I noticed that half of the same tensioner that was loose was now broken and half missing. How did this happen? How can I prevent it from happening again? I know that my axle nut is torqued to Honda regulation and my alignment has not changed, so where did the force to break my tensioner come from? Any information is greatly appreciated and thanks for the time, CBR Forum.

Any way that you can post up some pictures of what you're looking at ? It would help to see what you're describing.

the plate on one of mine fell off but that was due to it not having a lock nut. I found a pair for 7 bucks shipped on Ebay

Default CCT issue

Hey guys,
I have an F4 and recently I have noticed a rattling sound when the bike is on idle. The sound does go away sometimes on its own and I can't seem to hear it when Im riding.
What do you guys think? is that the cam chain tensioner? or something else?

main annoying noise in the motor, either cam chain tensioner or alternator tensioner...
