Default Chain Adjustment

So I just adjusted my chain an then realised I don't have my torque wrench, I have done the bolt up as tight as I can, do you think it would be Ok to ride to go over and borrow a torque wrench?

Good question, They give you that completly useless one is your tool set, in case of emergencies, but tell you to get it checked when you can. Wot sort of wrench did you use?, the biggest worry is not so much tight enough, but to much, as in putting to much pressure on the rear bearings. anyway, I think you should be ok, just stop every now & then to make sure that it ain't loosened up on you

I checked it when I got in to work and had over tigtened it slightly, I torqued it to 96 which didn't feel that tight, but like you said this is to stop crushing your wheel bearings.
Ps Summer has finally arrived in the UK.
Cheers
