What are the lines on the fuel pump..I know what the top two are but what is the one on the side for and where does it go on bike

Thanks for letting me join your group.. as you can tell my name is dan, I'm from brown co. Indiana.. I've been on two wheeles for about 15 years ...on and off ..but really gotten into riding the past 6 or 7 years . I've got a 98cbr 600f3, a 05 zx10rr that's stretched and painted by me all work that's been do e I did my self ..when I got the ninja it was wrecked...and then I just picked up a 03 Suzuki volusia 800 ..
