The fuel pump is a very low pressure "pusher pump". Often theyll work when you first start the bike, then cut out for no reason. My f3 did stutter when it happened, I would hold it at WOT and could not get any gas. Bypass the pump first to make sure, then check the mixture adjustment on each carb. Mine were off on two cylinders, enough to flood them and keep them from firing. Good luck.
