There is also a Relay associated with the Solenoid ,could have become disturbed when you moved the fairing

 

Ok where is the relay located?

 

Underneath upper fairing, or if Cali underneath seat fairing

 

Thank you for the help just want to post my update an let everyone know it was the dai flow. I zip tide those tube in the nose of the bike an it ran beautifuly

Iv been having the exact same issue, mines in 3d gear I can’t go past 50-60mph it just either stutters or has the out of gas feeling. New fuel pump new fuel pump relay, carbs were spotless im hoping your fix with fix my issue !
