Default Cbr600 f3 bogging in 4th an 5th gear.

I’m having trouble with my 98 cbr 600 f3. Running great in 1 through 3 gear but once I try to speed up around 60 an hit 4 th gear it bogs like it’s not getting gas. I’ve put new spark plug. I’ve put a fuel filter. I’ve took carbs apart cleaned an check for any issue twice an find nothing. I’ve replaced my intake boots found a crack an still having the same issue. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

What happens at 60 in 3rd gear? At what rpm are you trying to pull 4th gear?

Well I’m not sure about rpm I know if I try to just cruise at 55 60 it does it or wether I open it up it does it. I’ve read a forum on dai an looking into that at the moment. I replaced my fairing an when I did I could remember how the bracket when to hold the tubes in place so I just set them in the spot they went. Maybe they aren’t getting the full air flow. I also repainted my tank an looking into my vacuum on my tank

The DAI solenoid kicks in at about 20mph, (if working correctly) make sure you have the Air solenoid Electrically connected, This is how the pipes should be connected
