fuel filter clogged? Carbs getting fuel at all?? do you know if you have that screen filter thing in your tank?

Yeah i'm just a bit lazy to go through it. Where exactly is it? I know the pump is right below the tank

second, what does the spark plugs look like. are they ashie lookin, or do they look black and wet?

filter is located just in front of the pump.
