It's a caliper Shadow with glow in the dark pads. Someone looks like they painted it.

 

Why would anyone paint a caliper with glow in the dark paint ??
My calipers don't look like that.......

No , the caliper is black, the pads are lime-**** green. There are two pictures listed, have a look at the other one. it is for the LBS which is why it looks different from yours.....

Maybe rear brake caliper? Definately for linked brakes.

It is the Ferodo pads that are green.

My Italian isn't that great, but the add does say that this caliper is equipped with Ferodo pads.

Odd though. I've never seen green pads for the CBR from Ferodo. EBC has some green pads for Suzukis. Check these out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FA146...QQcmdZViewItem.

Another oddity is that this add is for a 1990. Yet the caliper is clearly from a linked brake bike. I thought they didn't start the linked brake option until 93.

 

If you stick thim in dirt and water them, you'll have a nice crop of Ferodo brake pads in no time! That's probably why they are green!

It's a front left caliper for LBS. Here is mine after I de-linked. I had to make a mount to replace the linkage that would have held the top to the secondary master cylinder.

I simply don't understand bright green pads. YUCK!
