Default CBR F3 Street fighter project. (warning pictures)

Picked this 95 cbr f3 up about a week ago in about a a million pieces for $500. So i thought whats the worst that can happen, i sell it for what i bought it for?
Extra parts

Almost done

Now after i got it started, i let it cool and moved it back inside where i cleaned the carbs. After the cleaning the carbs, i took it straight out side and started it and it ran like a champ. But here is where i start to hit problems. Anytime i try to start it while its out in the cold, it just wont start. It stutters like it wants to start, might backfirer, but never truly starts up. Any tips on where to start? Already tried puts, just ordered a new r/r as i heard the f3's were a weak point, new tank of 93 fuel.

Thanks for any and all help.

Always going to be hard starting a carb bike when it's cold! Just a heads up.Some start easier than others. When you cleaned your carbs did you take out the jets and stuff and blow compressed air through them? Did you do a basic tune up? fresh oil, gas, new spark plugs, and air filter?

Yea i blew out each jet best I could. Choke is hooked up and when choked is engaged it gets so close but never fires up. Just studders and coughs. On battery voltage, I couldn't find what the voltage should be while cranking. Maybe battery cause it'll start with a warm battery but not a cold one? Cranking volts I get about 10.3-10.5. While not cranking I get right above 12.

im not sure with the voltages. thats something im sure Idodirt would be able to tell you. Anytime my bike wouldnt start due to low cranking speeds, I could hear the difference in the starter speed.

New battery and r/r was the fix. But now got a bigger problem. Kick stand cable broke and wrapped around the sprocket. Got it loose but no power to anything!. Wiggled the green plug and got all power back? Big short?

Are the spark plug wires to the correct plugs? You did say backfire, that is common withe plug wires to the correct spot.
