i figure you really have 2 options here kiddo.

1) take it to a mechanic and tell them "my bike won't run". they are going to charge you a ridiculous amount of money I'm sure to fix it, but they will. And they also know what they are doing.

2) you get a manual, and learn to take your carbs out of your bike, which if you've never done before can be like building a 3000+ piece lego set with no instructions. And if you break something, you are screwed unless you know what you broke and how to fix/replace it. Personally the only way I learned was growing up around mechanics who "helped me out" so to speak.

But the truth is if you don't know what something is, or how to get to it or how to fix it, it's more than likely best to let someone else do it if you got the money.

So I am thinking it is probably a fuel delivery problem.
Plugged pepcock, fuel filter, pinched hose, or fuel pump, etc...

1. Pull your fuel line of at the carb, then add a longer hose on the feed line.
2. Hold the long hose over a bucket.
3. Watch the rate that your fuel drains into the bucket.
4. If you want to do this AT YOUR OWN RISK! start the bike for a moment and see if the fuel drain rate increases. This is a FIRE HAZARD! Do at your own RISK.

It would be good if you could post a video showing the fuel rate.
