Carb cleaning and syncing
I know my carbs need to be cleaned and synced. Do you think I should attempt this myself. I have no mechanical experience with vehicles but I also don't wanna shell out $500 to a shady shop. I read the manual and its a bit intimidating.
Anyone able to give me any advice?

its super simple man. getting the carbs OUT is the pain in the entire job. actually cleaning them is no problem. just need a 7mm wrench, phillips screwdriver, something like a .09 guitar string. and some carb spray. you can find a bunch of how to's on here.
as far as syncing, you will need to get that done at a shop unless you or a friend has the gauges to do it....
suggestion: dont mess with the pilot screws (the "d" shaped screws)` unless you have to, they shouldnt be too far out of sync unless you mess with those....
