I use the Motion Pro brand:

Not from here necessarily, motion pro is available many places. Just the first site I found with it.
I also eyeball the carbs to synch when they are out. Save a few turns of the screw driver when installed.
Just don't rev the bike to high with carb synch on. The rpm drop could cause excessive vacuum and pull the mercury out of the tool.
