Hi, My bike is starting to make that clicking noise that is caused because of that infamous cam chain tensioner!!! do I realllllly need to get that fix or is it something I can just ride on?

 

You should probably fix it where the chain does not come off

 

I don't think you really have to worry about it.... how many post have you seen that something bad has happened because of the CCT is bad? I have seen none. Your CCT would have to be backed all the way out and even then the chance of something happening is slim.
