cam chain tensioner.

on the parts list they list to different part numbers for the same part, which one do i get?

SKU: 14520-MAL-A01
LIFTER ASSY., TENSIONER (Honda Code 5288550)

or

SKU: 14520-MBZ-K00
LIFTER ASSY., TENSIONER (Honda Code 7452493)

Both part numbers have been replaced with 14520-MBZ-K01. If you order either of the older numbers, they'll replace it with the newer item.
