No luck with the pistons pressing against the pads during bleeding. The brake fluid is a nasty liquid on the paint. Referred to the manual and mentions to replace the seals and the picture shows a slight push already on the pistons to leave a pocket for the fluid to build up into?

This is the rear caliper hence the front calipers were without reference photos.

I’ll try to bleed after pop out the pistons and place back in about 80% and if nothing will rebuild with the seals. What do you suggest? 😉

Not sure what your question is, but since you pushed the "nasty end" of the piston through the seal, it's highly likely the seal is fubar. Normally the exposed ends of the piston is pretty corroded and abrasive.

You're also going to need a LOT less fluid if the pistons are the right way around ;-)

Yeah, outside end of piston is usually pretty rough. May have damaged seal putting in piston backwards. Pull out pistons and take close look at seals. Most likely they're scratched up and torn.

Probably worn-out over the years anyway. Might as well replace them. Also clean up outside of pistons with Scotbrite pad so they're clean and smooth. Those green kitchen scrubbers for pots & pans work well too.

figured out how to use the rebuild kit. Bled the brakes nicely the adjustable brake lever had to be extended all the way out. The aftermarket lever really enjoys spraying the brake fluid up in the air. Had to cover up everything to avoid the brake fluid on the painted surfaces. Actually got brake fluid on the front wheel a little bit and took off the paint just a little bit.
