much agreed with a lot of these posts. everyone thinks their bikes is worth about double what it really is. good luck haggling. there's bound to be plenty wrong with it, so just throw out some maintenance things it's bound to need soon and knock the price down with every one - especially since it has 30k miles on it.

for what it's worth - not sure quite how different the motors are, but a local guy to me has 100k+ on his f4i and it's still going strong. keeping up with maintenance is key.

Realize before looking at a 95 that it has at least five horsepower less than the 98, and also replacement fairings are harder to come by. An aftermarket fairing set requires either a new seat, not cheap, or a matching tail, very hard to find, they don't make aftermarket 95-96 tails anymore even if it shows that in the pic, it isn't what you get.

i thought the only difference between the seats is that the 97/98 comes down a bit farther on the front corners. otherwise they're exactly the same.

Too many miles on the clock!

Its a 600cc engine, unless it was looked after to a imaculate condition I would steer clear, IMO.

I am positive that you will be able to pick up a bike in better condition, with alot less miles on the clock for pretty much the same price.

... nope... the 95-96 has a squared off and thinner brake light, and the seat is a little bit shorter/smaller at the front/bottom... way different.

that would be huge money over here for a 95 600 f3 and we pay extra duty on ours!!

dont be worried about mileage if she sounds right, and checks out, bulletproof engines, steel frame cbr600 go for ever over here, unbreakable
