Probably not. There was an oversize rotor kit with rotors and caliper relocation brackets on ebay a few months ago. With that being said, I would vigorously maintain what you have & install braided brake lines, fresh brake fluid, OEM Honda pads, and lightly glass bead the rotors. When washing clean the rotors and calipers with lots of hot soapy water and rinse well. Make sure the "buttons" for the floating rotors can be rotated when pinched between thumb & finger. When you pull the caliper off to install new pads, get a toothbrush and scrub the caliper with the hot soapy water. Be careful and dont squeeze the brake lever while caliper is removed, the pistons could pop out.

chances are slim of a plug and play caliper swap. if you truly want to upgrade the calipers, swapping front ends off another bike might be the best way to go.
but doing that you can change the geometry of the bike, not necessarily for the better.

But the easiest way to go, install braided lines, good pads, and if that isnt enough, upgrade your master cylinder, thats where your braking power really comes from.

Also, you cant be a puussy when it comes to braking. I know people who dont squeeze hard enough because they think they'll go flying over the handle bars but yet they want more powerful brakes. Grab a hand full and squeeze the dagshat out of them. Basicly all motorcycle brakes can stop you quickly and even lift the rear tire off the ground. The only thing more powerful brakes do is the required human effort is less/easier.
