Default Bike Suddenly Not Starting!

Hello All,

I am a new owner of a 1998 600f3. Before today I've had no issues with the bike. Bought it off a friend in March and since then I've been out with it a few times a week. Today I go to start it up, choke it, turn the fuel on, etc, and it starts up strong. I put it in gear and as I start to take off it bogs down and dies. I tried to restart it and nothing. It has plenty of fuel plus I was out on it for about 75 miles on saturday and it was fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

As stupid as this sounds, make sure side stand is up & wire for it is connected.. One day I was doing work on mine and long story short, it took me about an hour to remember: KICKSTAND kill switch!! lol

if your bike continues to not start,
you may need to pull and clean/replace your plugs.
