brought the bike for 600 had missing part and was tore up..my goal was to make look nice and ride nice..first time making my bike to an streetfight but here it goes this how the bike looked when i brought


second step bondo the tank and bought a seat for it



third step hang it and remove everything to clean it and paint






the third step was to sand blast it


then i finish the tank so i put on the chair and the tank i didnt like how it sat


so i cut off the tail and gird all the unwanted thing i didnt like



now i made some mods on the tail can u see the diffences



so now i sent the body frame to get powercoat gloss black

now the engine nasty hunny but look what i done to it pretty sick




so now im waiting on my frame to be powercoat my gastank its going to be custom paint and for my 2006 1000rr undertail exhust so it will be finish and i want to thanks my buddys for helping me lol

 

Cool, what exactly did you do to the tail?

 

looks like he just cut off the lower supports and welded it back up with a more aggressive angle.

OP - why did you make 3 threads on this stuff so far? all of it could've been included in this single build thread.

well update this when you get it back together. i'm curious how much flex you have in the subframe.

 

thats a shame that a nice 600se/sjr had to be destroyed like that before you got it.
glad you found some use for her.
