The things on the end of the bars that screw on. Those are weights to dampen vibration. Are they on?

Hopefully this picture works. Blurry I know my bad. But the black end's I suppose?


Those are also Renthal grips. I wanna replace them but I have no idea how. I've seen people cut them off, then clean the ends off... Buy a can of hair spray and quickly slide them in place and let it dry, it acts like a glue
