You should be able to swap them out with very little modifications if at all.The only difference is that it will get the rear of your bike higher. But you will gain better suspension set up and adjustability.

Some of the guys I race against use the F4 (as we Yanks call it) shock, but have to "jam the ride height all the way down".Eye-to-eye length should be in the 11 inch range (insert phallic joke in poor taste, here ).

You can use any of the f4 or f4i rear shocks. It will raise the rear ride hieght about and inch to inch and a half. But the bike will handle great. The main problem is finding a place for the shock reservoir. I had to zip tie mine to the subframe under the tank. Call CycleZoo, they will probably have some they'd sell for $20. www.cyclezoo.com

Here's mine with the f4i shock mounted and the front lowered and inch. Sorry not the greatest pics.

Looks great mate. How is the ground clearance now with the front lowered? I mean on the track? Do the pegs touch down?
And are your handle bars OEM or are they clip-on's?
And i had an idea, would it be possible insted of buying clip-on's just move OEM bars under the tripple clamp( or what ever its called, you know what i mean :-)
Cheers

Be very careful when you are dropping the front and/or raising the rear. The possibility of "tucking the front" goes waaaaay up when doing this."Ramping" the bike for track use generally isn't the way to go.
