Annoying vibration (Windshield?)
#11
The screen itself has 2 covers on the inside of the screen with 1 screw & (metal) tang on the bottom to hold it in place, there should also be a small piece of rubber on the bottom of each piece, were it meets the tang. I bent the tang upward slightly & replaced the rubber with a thicker strip.
Also, check that these 2 covers are sitting correctly, if their not then ("BUZZ").

This was the problem with my vibration sound. The plastic tab at the end of the cover was vibrating against the metal tang cuz there was no rubber piece. previous owner put tape around it, I took that off and took a piece of cereal box cardboard and bend it over the plastic tab. stuck it into the tang and presto, no more vibration.
Little while after the windscreen was vibrating where the cover bolts on. got a little rubber washer the same dia. as the screw hole on the cover, stuck that in between the cover and windscreen and no more vibrations, for now.
