I have aftermarket turnsignals for the front. I was looking around the forums the other day and i found a diagram that showed how to solder in a resistor in series with the turnsignal. It was the diagram that shows going from the 3 wire setup from the bike to the 2 wire of the signals. If anyone knows what I am talking about could you post the link.

Also, I don't think that it showed resistance of the resistor. Does anyone know the ratings for this also?

cool.. i didnt know this was all that had to be done.. i just wired my two wire signals so it only come on when signal comes on

 

Does the same concept apply for rear turn signals?

 

does the daytime running light on these signals actually stay lit when the signal is turned on? or does day time running power turn off when then signal is applied, then return once the signal is switched off?

bump..lol never found out if the factory front signals, when switched blink high-low-high, or on off..anyone?
