I bought a set of Fiberglass fairings. They weren't hard to install (maybe took me 6 hours or so). I did have a problem mounting the tail. The original plastic has "fairing stays" which hold the frame at the rubber fittings (at a loss for better word). The front left was a little tight and you have to be careful not to crack fiberglass because it spiders out. If I were to do it again I would either buy used or actual factory ones. The factory set on my bike was well over $3000 new so I bought and installed the one from eBay. I have pictures but this crazy site won't accept normal HTML.

The photo you have posted here, are they your new plastics ? I'm not familiar with that paint scheme. Is it a european version ? How do you like your mirrors ?Were they always on your bike, or did you switch them from OEM ?

They are my new-old plasticsIve got new ones coming of the same design as my old ones(the desert storm theme).
umm..yea thats comfusing there.
I wrecked my desert storm bike in september.
a month ago i ordered a hongkong set and thats what i have now.
In a few days another full set of desert storm fairings should be arriving.
So im selling the ones above. they are a copy of my favorite euro colors. The mirrors are allright. I like my old mirrors better though. If i could have any mirrors it would be the stock style but carbon fiber.

Old mirrors \/
