Default 97 lowering kit

I found the kit for the rear drop, but nothing for the front. Any recomendations on how to lower the front? Also, have heard rumors of being able to stretch without a new swingarm. Something about a link kit add-on. Any incite would be appreciated.

Default RE: 97 lowering kit

They make swingarm extensions, but they are not safe in my opinion. For the front loosen the triple clamps and slide the forks up. Thats the cheap way to do it. Rebuild forks would be better. With the forks slid up you have to be careful because you will slam the front fender into the lower triple clamp....I've done it.
