Before you buy, check out the retail value on www.kbb.com. You'll find it's significantly lower than $4k. If it's been repainted, personally I'd offer even less. If it's been taken proper care of it shouldn't need a paint job.

I'm with them. 4000$ would get me a nice f4i. I found a nice 2000 f4 for 3k but I just didn't have the cash at the time. It had 9k.
