96 cbr600f backfires and will not start????

my cbr has been in storage for approx 10mths now, i took it out yesterday and it fired up fine, ran it for an hour or so and parked it up in the garage, i took it out today and tried to start it but it would not start, all it will do is back fire while turning over, what is the problem and how can it be solved????![Confused](https://cbrforum.com/forum/images/smilies/confused.gif)

In my experience working and tuning bikes, 99% of intake/exhaust backfires upon startup are caused by fouled spark plugs. Pull them out, use sandpaper to clean the positive center elctrode and ground prong and blow and wipe them dry. And try again. The only other option is to purchase new plugs and gap them correctly and fire it up~
