At any rate, we need more information. Has the bike been sitting a long time? If so, how long? Was the gas drained before you let it sit? Etc. etc.
It's really hard to do an internet diagnosis without a lot of details.

Check three things, spark, fuel, timing. Spark: pull the plugs one at a time and check the gap, then contact the threads to the engine with the plug wires attatched, have a friend help by cranking it over (though not always good to have someone there for the story later if you zap the crap out of yourself, be careful), check to see if there's at least some spark. Next, check that there is gas going to the carbs, and you may need to pull the carbs and inspect/clean/tune them. If you have both spark and gas, then check to see if your timing is on. Other than that, take it to a reliable shop for a comression test. Hope you get it running.
