It seems like you are throwing a lot of money at it and creating too many new variables. Have you tried testing the charging system with a voltmeter? Theres a how to on cbr world under their tutorial section.

have you filled it back up with gas? as the fuel level gets lower, more air is in your tank and you carbs would be starved of fuel more often. maybe?

i have gas in the tank but now the freakin petcock is leaking?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? WTF this bike is driving me nuts!!!

ok so i have narrowed it down to a fuel problem and need to know how to tune the carbs if any one could help that would be awesome thanks
