95 F3 Fuel pump compatibility
Seems like my fuel pump is working intermittent and I may need to replace it. Might go with ebay. What years are compatible with a 95 CBR F3 US non-Cali?
Also its been mentioned to try cleaning the contacts. I checked the contacts before, both on the connectors and under the black cap, and they looked alright. Are people suggesting disassembling the pump further and cleaning things up inside?

Hey,
I have an exact the same issue. First I just changed the pump, then I changed the relay, then I bypassed relay - no luck. The pump just stops pumping and the bike stops. Right now I just bypassed the pump. The bike still runs great. A bit less power on high speeds, but if you are not a racer it should be fine.
Now to the problem. It is not 100% the pump that became dead. Your float needles can cause an issue. I ordered new ones for mine. (6 bucks each, let me know if you need them, i ll give you the web link, Bike Bandit charges 24$$$$ a piece!!!). Next time the bike stops try to lay it down on the side gently, wait a bit and lift her back up. The pump should start pumping.
You already received an answer about compatability so I will skip on it. I used Yamahas ones last time. They are cheaper for some reason.
Good luck!
